1. Booking Policies: A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will only be charged a deposit to hold your appointment which is subtracted from the service total, unless cancellation or no-show policies are violated. 2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid fees. Late Cancellations (less than 48 hours): A fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to the card on file. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost to the card on file. 3. Service Expectations & Boundaries Consultation: All services will begin with a consultation to align on expectations. This includes discussing color, length, volume, and pricing. Adjustments After Service: If changes or adjustments are requested after the service is completed (e.g., adding more extensions, changing placement, or altering color), these will be treated as a new service and incur additional fees. Service Finality: Once a service is completed, the final result is considered approved. Additional changes will be billed accordingly. I acknowledge that hair extensions are very sensitive and different from intact human hair. I have been informed of the daily maintenance; I will follow the daily maintenance instructions to keep my extensions in the best condition possible. I am fully aware and responsible for using hair extensions and professional products my stylists recommends in order to guarantee the longevity of my extensions. I am aware that matting will occur if I do not brush at least 2x a day, braid my hair to sleep, and keep my maintenance appointments as recommended by my stylist. I am responsible for informing my stylist if an extension becomes loose or detached and setting up one complimentary tack-down appointment with my stylist as soon as possible. I understand that if an allergic reaction occurs, scalp irritation, matting and/or hair loss, I will not hold my technician or salon at fault. The charge for the removal of hair extensions is not included in the original fee. 4. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust or reschedule your service, and a late cancellation fee may apply. 5. Payment & Pricing: Payment is due in full at the time of service. Pricing for additional work or adjustments will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before proceeding. 6. Refund Policy: All services are non-refundable. If you experience any concerns, I will work with you to address them within the scope of the service performed and my professional policies. I understand my credit card will be charged for cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows as stated.
