If a cancellation needs to be made, kindly notify your stylist 48 hours in advance. Due to the popularity and demand of On Point Hair & Cosmetic services, if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled 2 times consecutively in an untimely manner, opportunities for an appointment will be nullified. A 30% fee will be assessed for no-shows and cancellations made after the 48 hour courtesy window.
